Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and listing through to negotiation and settlement
  • Conduct property appraisals and present tailored sales strategies to prospective vendors
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, vendors, and local community networks
  • Actively generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals
  • Coordinate and attend property inspections, open homes, and auctions where required

Requirements

  • Full Real Estate Licence (Victoria) is essential
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in residential real estate sales
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development
  • Professional presentation and strong local market awareness
