Our client is a fast-growing real estate agency with a strong presence in the rental market. With a focus on both long-term and short-term property management, the company continues to expand its portfolio through strategic growth initiatives and strong client relationships. They are now seeking a motivated Rental Business Development Manager to support the continued expansion of their rental management portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming new business enquiries and schedule rental appraisal appointments
  • Conduct proactive lead generation, including cold calling and building new referral channels
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral partners and prospective clients
  • Prepare rental appraisals and present accurate rental value assessments to property owners
  • Manage the full new business process, including appraisals, management authorities and onboarding documentation
  • Coordinate onboarding of new managements, including file transfers, key collection and property setup
  • Arrange professional photography and marketing materials for new rental listings
  • Support property handovers to the Property Management team
  • Maintain accurate records of all activities and client interactions in the CRM system
  • Participate in networking events and contribute to rental portfolio growth strategies

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of Real Estate Rental Business Development Manager or Sales experience
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proven ability to generate new business and manage client relationships
  • High level of organisation with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and property management processes
  • Valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
  • Mandarin skill is preferred but not essential
  • Proven previous BDM performance

Salary: $70k-$80k plus super plus commission
