About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Associate Director to join the leadership team. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a proven track record in commercial real estate, who can drive high-value deals, lead client relationships, and contribute to business growth across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a portfolio of high-value commercial property projects and transactions
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors, tenants, and stakeholders
• Identify market opportunities and provide strategic advice to clients
• Oversee deal negotiations, contract management, and transaction execution
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering professional development
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated property solutions
• Contribute to business development initiatives and revenue growth strategies

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in commercial real estate, investment, or property management
• Proven experience in deal-making, client management, and strategic planning
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred
• International exposure or experience with cross-border transactions is a plus
