About the Role

The Assistant Owners Corporation Manager plays a vital support role within the Owners Corporation (OC) team. You will work closely with an Owners Corporation Manager to assist with administrative, operational, and customer‑facing tasks that ensure the seamless management of OC portfolios. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities. You will act as a key point of contact for owners and committees when required, provide administrative and financial assistance, and help maintain compliance and service standards across the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Owners Corporation Manager, including handling enquiries and managing inbox during leave.
  • Assist with meeting coordination, document preparation, and correspondence distribution.
  • Maintain accurate records in Strata Master and SMATA, including insurance, property details, and service agreements.
  • Approve OC invoices, follow up on financial documents, and support budgeting processes.
  • Support maintenance and upgrade works by obtaining quotes, tracking Work Orders, and assisting tenders.
  • Assist with insurance claims, compliance, Breach Notices, and dispute resolution.
  • Liaise with Building Managers and provide ad-hoc support while participating in ongoing training.

Salary: $70k - $75k plus super
