About the Role

We are seeking a commercially minded Sales Executive to join a high-performing team. You will play a key role in driving property sales transactions, building long-term client relationships, and supporting end-to-end sales campaigns. This is an opportunity to work with premium assets and engage with both local and international investors and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across targeted property sectors
  • Execute sales campaigns, including client engagement, marketing, and transaction support
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and industry stakeholders
  • Conduct market research, pricing analysis, and prepare sales proposals
  • Support negotiations, due diligence, and deal execution
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline reporting
  • Represent the firm professionally at inspections, meetings, and industry events

Requirements

  • Previous experience in real estate sales, property advisory, or related commercial environment preferred
  • Strong interest in commercial and/or residential property markets
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Commercial mindset with negotiation capability
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Real Estate Licence (or willingness to obtain) preferred
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills

Salary: $55k - $70k plus super plus commission
