Business Development Manager – Facade and Windows

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business development across façade, curtain wall, and window packages for commercial, residential, and mixed-use high-rise projects
• Identify and secure new opportunities through early engagement with builders, developers, and consultants
• Manage the full tender lifecycle including EOI, prequalification, estimating coordination, tender submission, negotiation, and contract award
• Work closely with design, engineering, and estimating teams to develop compliant, value-engineered façade solutions
• Develop and execute pricing strategies with strong focus on margin control and risk assessment
• Negotiate head contracts, subcontract agreements, and variations to achieve commercially favourable outcomes
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with Tier 1 and Tier 2 builders, developers, and consultants
• Drive consistent pipeline growth and improve tender win rates
• Represent the company at industry events and client meetings, promoting façade capabilities and project expertise

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development within façade, curtain wall, windows, or building envelope packages
• Strong understanding of high-rise commercial and residential construction markets
• Demonstrated success managing large-scale tenders and complex commercial negotiations
• Solid commercial acumen with experience in pricing strategy, margin management, and risk assessment
• Established industry network across builders, developers, consultants, and architects
• Strong technical understanding of façade systems and construction processes
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related discipline (preferred)
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant industry experience
