Responsibilities:

  • Supporting with open homes, buyer call backs and administrative tasks
  • Maintaining relationships with prospective clients
  • Buyer’s managements 
  • Letter box drops
  • Sales database management
  • Preparing for open home inspections and auctions
  • Vendor reports/feedback

Requirements:

  • Fluency in both English and Chinese, with strong written and spoken communication skills in both languages.
  • Consistently maintain a well-groomed and polished appearance, reflecting the high standards of the organisation. Presented with confidence and professionalism in all client and team interactions.
  • Possess exceptional communication abilities, including active listening and clear articulation. Adept at tailoring communication styles to suit various clients.
  • Excel in establishing and nurturing strong relationships with clients and ensuring a positive experience. Skilled in understanding and delivering tailored solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Embrace feedback and pursue ongoing development to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to achieving excellence in all tasks. Exhibit reliability, integrity, and a proactive approach to challenges, consistently delivering high-quality results.
  • Valid Agents Representative Certificate required.
  • Must have a valid driver’s licence.

Salary: $65k-$70k package plus commission
