About the Role
You will support the execution of marketing initiatives, working closely with internal teams, commercial property tenants, and external partners to deliver high-impact campaigns and on-site activations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the team to plan, develop, and implement marketing plans and event campaigns for company projects.
- Liaise with commercial property tenants and external digital agencies to ensure campaigns, creative assets, and website initiatives align with brand and service messaging.
- Design marketing materials such as posters, brochures, social media tiles, event signage, tenant promotional assets, and digital advertising creatives.
- Coordinate with external event partners to plan and deliver on-site activations.
- Attend event days and assist with on-site activation management.
- Manage social media platforms and create engaging content across web, EDM/newsletters, social media, and short-form videos.
- Monitor marketing performance, analyse results, and suggest improvements to enhance ROI.
- Provide client relationship support and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Perform general office support duties including admin tasks, scheduling, and cross-team coordination.
To Succeed in This Role, You Will Have:
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organisational skills.
- Experience in marketing coordination or a similar role.
- Industry experience in housing, property, real estate, construction, design, development, or marketing agencies (preferred).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) preferred but not essential.
- Full working rights in Australia with a valid visa.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing and social media management.
- A creative and proactive mindset, with strong attention to detail and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
