Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all site-related administrative and operational tasks.
  • Provide front-of-house reception services, including handling calls, greeting clients, and managing enquiries.
  • Coordinate mail, stationery, and office amenities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Maintain an organised and professional office environment.
  • Manage shared project files in SharePoint and listings in Salesforce.
  • Support project sales with contract preparation, purchaser documentation, and settlement packs.
  • Assist with project pre-settlement inspections and key management across departments.
  • Provide administrative support for new property management files and ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Hold a valid Agent’s Representative Certificate (required)
  • Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese)
  • Previous experience in reception, office administration, or real estate support preferred.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator with a professional phone manner.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce and SharePoint advantageous.
  • Positive attitude, reliable work ethic, and a commitment to delivering quality service.
Salary: $55k-$70k plus super
