Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the office manager with all the admin duties, especially rental admin related tasks
  • Provide executive support to the rental department, such as advertising management
  • Marketing communications, website, and social media management
  • Assist the accounts team with invoices management
  • CRM database and sales record management
  • Building and maintaining effective relationships with vendors, agents and referral partners
  • Supporting advisers through end-to-end property management of the selling cycle, including: coordinating with agents for appointments, inspections and advertising, liaising with vendors throughout the leasing process, preparing and distributing leasing agreement
  • General office administrative duties

To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Well-developed computer skills, particularly in Microsoft applications
  • The ability to change direction quickly and to ‘roll with the punches’
  • The ability to work productively in an autonomous environment
  • Energetic and proactive approach to problem-solving
  • A keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • Willingness to learn and a can-do attitude

Salary: $70k-$80k package
