Known for their client-first approach and high-performance culture, they are now seeking a Junior Broker Assistant to support their internal brokers with end-to-end loan processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist brokers in preparing home loan and commercial loan applications.
• Gather, verify, and organise supporting documentation such as ID, income statements, and asset/liability information.
• Liaise with lenders, clients, and third-party stakeholders including solicitors, real estate agents, and accountants.
• Monitor application progress from submission to settlement, ensuring timely updates and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure all activities meet compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Update CRM and workflow systems to track applications and support operational efficiency.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the broker team as required.
• Deliver professional, responsive, and proactive service to all clients.

Skills & Experience

• 6 months + experience in mortgage, lending, or financial services preferred (graduates with relevant internships will be considered).
• Understanding of mortgage products, lending policies, and application procedures desirable.
• Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• High level of initiative, accountability, and commitment to learning.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and cloud-based systems (Google Drive, OneDrive).
• Familiarity with CRM, loan lodgement, or aggregation platforms is advantageous.
• Fluent English required; Mandarin language skills are an advantage but not essential.
