About the Role
As a Leasing Manager, you will be the front face of the rental department—responsible for showcasing premium rental properties and ensuring a smooth leasing process for both landlords and tenants. You’ll work closely with the Property Management and BDM teams to minimise vacancy rates, deliver exceptional customer service, and contribute to the growth of a large, high-performing portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct open for inspections, private viewings, and follow-up with all applicants
- Handle leasing enquiries across email, phone, and walk-ins with professionalism
- Process rental applications, complete reference checks, and liaise with landlords for approval
- Prepare lease documentation and manage lease sign-ups
- Assist in maintaining low vacancy rates and fast turnaround times
- Provide feedback to landlords and the Property Management team
- Keep detailed records using industry software (e.g., PropertyMe, IRE, Inspect Real Estate)
About You
- 1+ years of experience in a leasing or assistant property management role
- Current VIC Agent’s Representative Certificate
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Well-presented, articulate, and confident in dealing with a broad client base
- Highly organised, proactive, and goal-driven
- Current driver’s licence and reliable car
- Able to work Saturdays with a weekday off in lieu
