About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Float Property Manager to support a high-performing team. This unique role offers variety, flexibility, and the opportunity to work alongside some of the best in the industry.
You will step in and provide short-term coverage for existing Property Managers during periods of leave, portfolio transitions, or when extra support is needed. This is the perfect role for a seasoned property professional who enjoys challenge, autonomy, and variety—without the long-term pressure of portfolio ownership.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a rotating portfolio of residential properties as needed
- Conduct routine inspections, ingoings, outgoings, and final bonds
- Liaise with landlords and tenants in a professional and timely manner
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs through approved trades
- Ensure compliance with Residential Tenancies Act and company procedures
- Use of industry software-PropertyMe, Inspection Express
About You
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential Property Management
- Current VIC Agent’s Representative Certificate
- Current driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- Confident in managing changing environments and working independently
- Tech-savvy and adaptable to different office systems and procedures
