About the Role
Our client is a growing and well-established real estate agency seeking an experienced Property Manager to join their rental team. With a manageable portfolio and an attractive leasing commission structure, this is an excellent opportunity for a Property Manager looking to take greater ownership of their portfolio while being rewarded for successful leasing performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 70–80 residential properties from end to end.
- Oversee the complete property management lifecycle, including leasing, tenant management, inspections, maintenance, renewals and routine compliance.
- Coordinate and manage the leasing process, including advertising, enquiries, inspections, applications and lease negotiations.
- Maintain strong relationships with property owners and tenants, providing responsive and professional service.
- Coordinate maintenance and resolve tenancy issues efficiently and proactively.
- Prepare and maintain accurate property records, documentation and owner reporting.
- Conduct regular property inspections and ensure properties are well maintained and compliant.
- Utilise property management systems to manage leases, communications, maintenance and portfolio records effectively.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential property management.
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end property management and leasing process.
- Previous experience managing a residential rental portfolio.
- Valid Real Estate Agent’s Representative Certificate or Licence.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and resolve issues proactively.
- Experience with PropertyMe or similar property management software is preferred.
- Mandarin speaking skills are preferred but not essential.
Salary: $90k-$100k package plus commission
