Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to join their high-performing Property Management team.
About the Role
This is an experienced, client-facing role responsible for managing a well-maintained residential portfolio. Supported by a dedicated Leasing Consultant, Business Development Manager, Property Management Associates, and offshore VA team, you’ll be able to focus on what you do best—building strong client relationships, delivering exceptional service, and proactively managing your portfolio.
This role is ideal for an organised, commercially minded Property Manager who enjoys working in a premium agency with excellent systems, structured support, and genuine career progression opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
● Manage a residential portfolio of approximately 190 properties
● Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with landlords and tenants
● Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely resolutions
● Conduct lease renewals and rent reviews
● Manage rental arrears, breaches, and tenancy compliance
● Prepare documentation and represent landlords at VCAT when required
● Ensure compliance with Victorian Residential Tenancies legislation
● Maintain accurate records and deliver a high standard of client communication
● Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team culture
About You
● Proven experience managing your own residential Property Management portfolio
● Current Victorian Agent’s Representative Certificate (or Full Real Estate Licence)
● Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
● Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
● Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
● Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
● Professional presentation aligned with a premium brand
● Experience using PropertyMe or similar Property Management software is highly regarded
● Australian Permanent Residency or Australian Citizenship preferred
