Responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming patients and visitors in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
  • Optimising patients’ satisfaction, time, and treatment room utilisation by scheduling appointments in person or by telephone.
  • Keeping patient appointments on schedule by notifying provider of patient’s arrival
  • Comforting patients by anticipating patients’ anxieties; answering patients’ questions; maintaining the reception area.
  • Maintaining patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information.
  • Protecting patients’ rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information.
  • Maintaining operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
  • Contributing to team effort as needed.
  • Speak fluent English and Chinese
