Some of your responsibilities will include but not limited to: 

  • Manage recruitment process including ad posting, screening & interview arrangement 
  • Conduct interviews and coordination of the pre-employment checks. 
  • Coordinate the on boarding process including, preparing letters of offer, generate of employee contracts, etc. 
  • Maintenance of employee files, ensuring all compliance requirements are current 
  • Document and update of HR policies and protocols, such as employment handbook, Sales Monthly Report, etc. 
  • Generate, manage and update annually and monthly training plans for each department 
  • Support of HR projects and business initiatives, as required 
  • Provide high quality HR Administration support to the Management team 
  • Answer employees’ queries about HR-related issues 
  • General administration / ad hoc duties 

To be successful you will have: 

  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written in English and Mandarin); 
  • Highly organized, planner and problem solver; 
  • Ability to produce high quality work with meticulous attention to detail; 
  • High levels of computer literacy; 
  • 1 – 2 years previous experience in real estate, administration and/or human resources area/s are preferable;
