Our client is an ever growing residential land developer with a few projects undergoing in the Southeastern Suburbs. They have a great opportunity for a Senior Project Manager with a background in apartments and townhouses developments.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Oversee project delivery activities
- Work across all projects
- Heavily focused on the civil side of the project.
- Coordinate consultant team and site-based contractor/s on infrastructure design, approvals and delivery
Your skills and competencies will include:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering.
- 3-5 years related previous experiences
- Demonstrated experience in project delivery – preferably on apartments development experiences
- Demonstrated experience in design management, driving authority approvals and stages to statement of compliance
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Sound commercial acumen and ability to manage cost and program in line with broader project objectives
- Ability to identify and mitigate project delivery risks
- Experience in a high volume environment
- Self motivated person
- Has innovation ideas to apply on projects
- Company running / management experiences preferred.
- Australia PR / Citizen
- Valid driver’s licence
