Responsibilities:

• Lease residential properties: Manage the leasing of new and existing properties, contributing to the growth of their property portfolio
• Conduct open inspections: Travel to and conduct open home viewings in multiple core areas, showcasing their exclusive properties to potential clients
• Entry inspections: Share responsibilities for conducting entry inspections, ensuring a smooth transition for renters
• Application processing: Efficiently process and approve lease applications, keeping the leasing process running smoothly
• Exceptional customer service: Deliver outstanding customer service by building and nurturing strong relationships with renters and clients
• Flexible Work Schedule: Work every Saturday or every 2nd, with a weekday off in lieu to maintain work-life balance

Requirements:

• Hold an Agents Representative Certificate
• Prior leasing experience is preferred
• Valid Driver’s License and a reliable car
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• PR and Australian Citizen is preferred
