Responsibilities:

  • Manage approx. 210 portfolios with Assistant Property Manager support
  • Daily property management tasks
  • Communicate with landlords and tenants
  • Bond lodgment and claims
  • Conduct open inspections, routine, ingoing, and final inspections
  • Handling maintenance issues
  • Prepare and attend VCAT
  • Prepare and handle insurance claims & lodgments
  • Recognise and follow through on opportunities to bring new business into the office portfolio
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years experience in property leasing & management
  • Agent Representative Certificate
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicles
  • Good communication skills and strong customer service skills
  • Strong team player with proven collaboration skills
  • Skilled in leveraging all aspects of computer software
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, compliance, disbursement processes/requirements, and general property management
  • Driven to achieve and exceed KPIs
  • Australia PR / Citizen

Salary: $95k-$110k package
