Property Manager

An esteemed agency in the South-Eastern suburbs, our client is seeking a highly motivated Property Manager to join their dynamic real estate agency. Our client operates the highest levels of customer service and expects professionalism that reflects their company values.

Responsibility:

• Managing approx. 90-100 portfolio with a full time Leasing Agent’s support 
• Scheduling and completing routine inspections, final bond inspections & conditional reports
• Handling maintenance issues
• Communicate with Landlords and Tenants 
• System Proficiency: Use Inspection Express & PropertyMe System to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of properties, leases, and financial transactions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of Property Management experience
• Be proactive, organized, and structured with good ethics
• Have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a team
• Be a goal setter and self-motivated with the ability to multi-task
• Strong attention to detail and customer-focused
• Excellent interpersonal and business development skills
• Must have the Agent Representative Certificate
• Experience in using PropertyMe or Inspection Express is preferred
