Property Manager

Our client is a Real Estate Services company that provides a one-step total property solution exclusively for property owners. From purchase through to settlement, whether leasing or selling, the company allows a collaborative and comprehensive solution to give all their clients. They are now looking for a Property Manager to join their team. You will play a crucial role in supporting their existing property management team. This is a unique opportunity where you will not manage a specific portfolio but will provide essential support across various portfolios and locations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to our tenants and property owners.
• Handle day-to-day property management tasks, including inspections, maintenance coordination, and tenant inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Assist with leasing activities and support the leasing team.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date property records.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the property management industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Availability to work 5 days a week, including Saturdays, with a mid-week RDO.
