Our client is one of Australia’s award-winning property companies, offering a diverse, supportive, fast-paced and fun environment. They are now looking for a Sales Agent to join their Sydney team. This is a fantastic opportunity to represent a national brand and play a pivotal role in the marketing and sale of properties in their core projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Work within established structure.
  • Implement effective marketing strategies to promote client’s properties.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial inquiry through to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Collaborate with the existing sales team.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Real Estate sales, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Mandarin (both spoken and written)
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of the Sydney Real Estate market.
  • Valid Real Estate license and driver’s license.
Salary: Retainer Plus Commission
