With the continuous expansion of their rental portfolios, our client is seeking for a distinguished Senior Rental Business Development Manager to spear head the continuous growth.
Responsibilities:
- Actively generate for new businesses and maintain good relationships with clients
- Stay up to date with the latest Tenancy Law and regulations
- Consist follow up pipeline for converting warm leads into contracts
- Play good teamwork with the internal Sales teams to secure potential clients
- Expanding referral channels to grow the pipeline
- Represent the company in the best way and provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries via phone, messages, and emails promptly and professionally
- Obtain new businesses and meets monthly KPIs
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years proven Real Estate experience in a similar role is required
- An outstanding business development record and a strong network to work with will be an advantage
- Agents Representative Certificate
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Fluency in English, and Chinese speaking skill is preferred
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in decision-making
- Australian Citizen / PR
Salary: $80k-$100k package plus bonus
