Our client is a family-oriented culture Real Estate Agency who specialised in Residential Sales and Property Management. They are now seeking an Experience Property Manager to join their professional, friendly and result – driven team located in the Southeastern region!
Responsibilities:
- Liaising with Landlords, Tenants and Suppliers
- Overseeing 150 portfolios with team support
- Scheduling and conduct routine and final inspections
- Undertake lease and rent reviews
- Prepare lease contracts and condition reports
- Coordinate maintenance inquires as requested
- VCAT documents preparation and attend hearings
- Stay up-to-date on regulations governing residential property management
Requirements:
- Agents Representative Certificate
- Minimum 12 months Property Management experience is preferred
- A current Driver’s Licence and reliable car
- Chinese speaking skill is a bonus
- Excellent communication skill with internal and external parties
- Strong attention to details
- Proficiency in using PropertyTree
- Australian PR or Citizen
Salary: $75k - $85k plus super plus commission
