Head of Property Management

Our client is a market leading Real Estate Agency in the Western suburb, they can offer the most powerful network exposure and the most extensive support in achieving results. They have a great company culture which also provides a fun work environment. They are now looking for a  Head of Property Management to join their dynamic team!

Responsibilities:

• Managing the team of 2 Property Managers, and 1 Leasing Agent 
• Overlooking 350 portfolios with the team
• Assistant with VCAT cases, running compliance training with the team 
• Manage the team to run outgoing ingoing inspections, and routine inspections
• Management landlords and tenants’ complaint 
• Processing landlords’ insurance claims
• Overlooking the PM team to ensure tasks are being completed and accuracy of work is absolute
• Weekly team meetings to follow up on outstanding repairs/maintenance, and arrears etc.

Requirements:

• Great ability with leadership skills
• Minimum 3 years Property Management experienced
• Proficient with PropertyMe software
• Holds a current Agent Representative Certificate 
• Victoria Driver’s Licence 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Outstanding organisational and time management skills
• Australian Citizen / PR
