Our Client is seeking a highly motivated Junior Property Manager to join their dynamic real estate agency and contribute to the rental department’s continual expansion. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing the rental portfolio and ensuring exceptional service to both property owners and tenants.

Responsibility:

  • Effectively manage and oversee rental portfolios, ensuring high occupancy rates, timely rent collection, and property maintenance.
  • Conduct property inspections and address maintenance issues promptly to maintain the properties’ market value.
  • Handle tenant inquiries, concerns, and disputes professionally and efficiently.
  • Manage the entire rental process, including property marketing, open inspections, tenant screening, lease negotiation, and in-going/out-going procedures, routine inspections, maintenance and tribunal when required.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of properties, leases, and financial transactions.
  • Collaborate closely with the business development manager to identify opportunities for expanding the rental portfolio.
  • Actively contribute to the development of strategies to increase the overall efficiency and profitability of the rental department.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in property management or leasing, with a focus on residential rentals.
  • Proficient in using PropertyMe System and Agent Box system.
  • Possession of a valid real estate license.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build positive relationships with property owners and tenants.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing issues.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Language skills with Mandarin speaking and fluency in English

Salary: $55k - $60k plus super plus commission
