Our client in Sydney Metro area is now hiring a short stay Property Manager for Deluxe Holiday House management.

This role it to ensures adherence to company service standards and facilitates cooperation within the department. Additionally, the manager will coordinate marketing efforts and contribute to business development for departmental growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing approx. 70-80 short-term rentals portfolios
  • Maintain and enhance relationships with existing landlords through regular, effective communication and updates
  • Organize and provide comprehensive fortnightly or monthly reports to landlords, ensuring transparency and up-to-date information flow
  • Ensure all operations align with and exceed the company’s established service standards
  • Facilitate collaboration between various roles within the holiday house management department for streamlined operations
  • Oversee the department’s regular marketing activities and conduct in-depth market trend research to provide timely marketing analysis and insights
  • Proactively generate new management listings and expand the department’s portfolio through strategic initiatives and external networking
  • Establish and maintain connections with relevant external resources and suppliers, fostering relationships that benefit departmental goals
  • Work closely with the design team to assist in developing and implementing styling plans for new management properties, ensuring aesthetic and functional excellence. Proficiency in identifying challenges and developing effective solutions
  • Seek and implement innovative solutions and improvements to processes and services within the department and competency in developing and implementing business growth strategies

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in Real Estate or Hospitality: Prior experience in real estate property management or the hospitality industry, with Sales skills is preferred. Understanding of relevant industry regulations
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with property management software and tools, as well as basic digital marketing tools
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong capabilities in managing relationships and working collaboratively with various teams
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and departmental needs
  • Valid Driver License: Holding a valid driver licence in NSW

Salary: $75k - $85k plus super plus commision
