Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the Director in completing various tasks and projects including diary management
  • Organising and managing all office meetings including preparing agendas and meeting minutes
  • Managing and organising emails and distributing correspondence
  • Developing and improving administrative practices, systems, and procedures, and monitoring workflow
  • Coordinating office events including staff birthdays, site visits and end of year party
  • Assisting with HR tasks including recruitment, equipment setup, onboarding induction, training etc
  • Support internal all departments
  • Maintain office presentation, supply levels and cleanliness 
  • Assisting with basic IT troubleshooting & coordinate our IT team 
  • Complete order processing in a timely manner 
  • Arranging and ensuring employee reviews are conducted 
  • Keep track of changes in import/export regulations and advise management on updates that may impact the company
  • Play a proactive role in identifying areas for improvement and implementing innovative and effective change when needed, including systems, policies, and procedures. 
  • Helping to resolve any office issues and any ad-hoc task.  
  • Assisting with organising staff and client events. 
  • Assisting with Finance Manager.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Exceptional prioritising skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Professionally mature minded and the ability to multi-task amongst a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills including the ability to balance conflicting priorities to meet deadlines
  • A can do, positive, friendly and ambitious attitude is a must.

Salary: $70k - $100k plus super
