They are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join their dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Support leads to complete their application and convert them into Sales
- Manage and maintain direct personal contact with an existing portfolio of Clients
- Seek opportunities for up and cross-selling.
- Respond promptly to client requests in relation to Sales, pricing, and customer relations
- Monitor market trends and opportunities
- Contact both cold and warm leads and build rapport with prospective clients.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis using a range of questioning techniques and active listening to identify sales opportunities
- Utilize CRM systems and other tools to track sales activities, maintain accurate client records, and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
– RG-146 Foreign Exchange and Derivatives (General Advice) desirable;
– Experience working as an Account manager or similar role in the finance industry. Minimum 1 years’ experience.
– An established network of HNW and retail clients
– Strong understanding of investment products, asset classes, and financial markets.
– Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex investment concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
– Exceptional negotiation, networking, and relationship-building abilities.
– Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
– Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
– Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
