Head of Rental Department

As the team continues to expand with rapid organic rental growth, our clients are seeking a Rental Department Head to manage the rental team and join their amazing environment.

The Role:

• Managing the team of property managers, leasing agent and admin which includes but not limited to assigning repairs, open homes, arrears
• Allocating day to day tasks to PM team
• Arrears management
• Attending and preparing for NCAT
• Outgoing inspections, routine inspection
• Allocating and actioning repairs and maintenance
• Frequent landlord communication in particular multiple property owners
• Processing insurance claims
• Overlooking the PM team to ensure tasks are being completed and accuracy of work is absolute
• Weekly team meetings to follow up on outstanding repairs/maintenance, arrears etc.

The Candidate:

• Real Estate Licence holder
• Driver’s Licence and a reliable car
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Minimum 3-5 years PM experience 
• Outstanding organisational and time management skills
• Immaculate presentation and a “can do” attitude
