Leasing Agent

Our client is a well-known Real Estate Agency based in Sydney, specialized in Residential and Commercial property transactions and management. They are a tightly bonded team that takes pride in consistently delivering outstanding results for their clients. They are now looking for a Leasing Agent to be a proud member of their dedicated team.

Responsibilities:

• Property marketing, handling inquiries, conducting property inspections, and finalising lease agreements
• Application processing
• Send approval emails for approved applicants and organise move-in dates 
• Manage condition reports and some final inspections 
• Internal communication and reporting
• Attend weekly department meeting
• Confidently negotiate leases and renewals
• Working alongside the PM team to maximize client service, engagement and relationships
• Liaise with tenants and landlords as appropriate or as requested by management
• Property marketing, handling inquiries, conducting property inspections, and finalising lease agreements
• Comprehensive training, both in-house and from external trainers provided
•  5 days a week, including Saturdays with time in lieu

Requirements:

• Real estate experience preferred
• Possess a valid driver’s license and have access to a car
• Demonstrate the ability to develop and maintain relationships with landlords and tenants
• Completed a Real Estate Sales Representative course (e.g., Agent’s Representative course, Certificate of Registration)
• Strong communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and customer-focused abilities
