Responsibilities:
- Manage 175 apartments
- Landlord and tenant communication
- Arrears management – Manage repairs and maintenance
- Lease renewal including market rate research
- Ingoing & outgoing inspection
- NO leasing
- NO routine inspections
- NO trust accounting
- Monday to Friday
Requirements:
- Current certificate of registration
- Minimum 1 year experience in Property Management
- Valid driver licence and own car
- Well spoken and written English
Salary: $65k - $95k plus super plus bonus
