CRM Management & Database Marketing:
- Coordinate CRM systems, portals and lead nurturing programs to engage our databases, bolster lead generation and provide positive customer experiences
- Reach performance targets by creating strategies that engage frequently with our database through segmentation
- Create and coordinate drip campaigns to automate known communication paths such as appraisals process and nurture relationships for future business
- Schedule and coordinate database EDMs across all businesses, including: Just Sold, and Just Listed notices / Quarterly updates and newsletters / Customer communications updates / Lead nurturing communications
- Report weekly on enquiry, engagement levels, lead generation and conversion
- Email and Database management
Social Media and Digital:
- Coordination of SEO agency, reviewing their monthly reports and exploring opportunities for improvements
- Audit all online services, platforms and correspondence to ensure branding is compliant
- Creation of content for campaign landing pages, ensuring integrations with various CRM platforms is in working order
- Assist in managing Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn accounts and creating social media campaigns that will build our brand, and company profiles and ultimately will attract higher enquiries and engagement rates
- Report weekly on enquiry levels and traffic, adjusting activity to suit
- Schedule, coordinate and upload relevant news and blog articles to websites and social media.
Property & Brand Marketing
- Manage the quality and output of templated brochures and documents, including sales brochures and proposal documents
- Coordinate direct mail schedules, content, distribution and reporting
- Be the point of contact for advertising portals and immediately troubleshoot any issues
- Assist the team to launch and market project strategy for B2B projects
- Undertake the required market research
- Assist in coordinating third-party suppliers to deliver high-quality photography, videography and 3D renders
Marketing Administration
- Coordinate quotes from suppliers
- Raise purchase orders and obtain approvals
- Assist with reporting for performance
- Organise photography and profiles of staff members (supported by the parent company’s Marketing team)
- Manage the site presence of office shop fronts and display suites through signage and other points of sale displays
- Coordinate and adhere to the branding guidelines of company projects.
- Research, analyse and keep on top of market updates, trends and opportunities and share your learnings with the team
- Assist team members business-wide by supplying logos, templates and imagery upon request
Requirements:
- Project management – Ability to manage and report against marketing programs and communicate frequently to ensure deadlines are met
- Copywriting – Ability to generate written content that efficiently and effectively communicates key messages in the brand’s tone of voice
- Technical skills – Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Canva, Google Analytics, SalesForce, WordPress and a strong understanding of marketing theories, design principles and the digital marketing landscape.
- Teamwork & Communication – Ability to effectively share knowledge, ideas and information with the team
- Interpersonal – Ability to build rapport and communicate with a wide range of people both internal and external to the business
- Excellent time management – Ability to work on multiple tasks at different stages simultaneously
- Creative & Analytical – Ability to find innovative solutions to challenges & create effective strategies to achieve goals

- Chinese speaking skill is preferred
- Have at least 2-3 years of related working experience in the Real Estate industry
Salary: $70k - $100k plus super
