The Role:
- Conducting Open Homes and private inspections
- Processing tenancy applications
- Negotiating rentals and securing tenants
- Lease preparation and tenant induction
- Ingoing inspections
- Routine Inspections
- Assisting the Property Management team

Requirements:
- Current Certificate of Registration or License holder
- Driver’s License and a reliable car
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 6 months experience in residential leasing or property management is highly desirable
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Immaculate presentation and a “can do” attitude
