Online Property Operator

Our client is a well-known Real Estate Agency in Sydney that specialised in Residential and Commercial property transactions and management. They are looking for an Online Property Operator to join their young and dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare the property for listing by organizing the furniture and ensuring the property is clean and fully functional before the first guest arrives.
• Take photographs of the property and upload them to the various booking channels, along with a detailed description of the property and its features.
• Manage the booking process, including setting the minimum stay requirements, check-in and check-out times, and adjusting the rental rate according to occupancy and seasonal demand.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and booking requests, providing them with all necessary information and instructions for their stay.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions, including guest payments and expenses related to property maintenance and cleaning.
• Conduct ingoing and inventory reports, and keep records of all the owner’s belongings and purchase invoices.
• Provide guest support throughout their stay, including answering general questions about the property and surrounding area, and addressing any issues or complaints they may have.
• Encourage guests to leave positive reviews and follow up with them to ensure they had a pleasant stay.
• Co-operate with the account team for bookkeeping purposes, including confirming all transactions and notifying the team of any urgent requests.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in property management or hospitality is preferred.
• Bilingual in Chinese and English with excellent communication skills
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with guests and team members.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in the use of various booking channels and software programs, including Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative to solve problems.
