Responsibilities:
- Conducting on-site measurements and keeping track of project details to ensure accurate and timely execution.
- Analyzing working drawings provided by clients to extract key information for the project.
- Creating detailed project profile, including shop drawing, fitting in and finish schedule, that bring your vision to life.
- Preparing accurate quotations that reflect the scope and requirements of the project.
- Explaining shop drawing to clients, installers, and other stakeholders to ensure clear and effective communication.
- Coordinating with material suppliers and service providers to ensure timely delivery of required resources.
- Acting as a representative of the company on a daily basis, embodying our values and commitment to excellence.
- Relying on your extensive experience and good judgement to plan and execute projects to the highest standards.
- Managing a team of staff members, reporting to management and providing support to sales as required.
- Assisting with any design-related tasks allocated by the company.
- Manage the process of receiving materials, orders, and arranging manufacture and installation.
- Ensure clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including designers, builders, vendors, and customers.
- Liaise with the senior drafter to ensure plan and manufacturing drawings meet the highest standards.
- Forecast material requirements and stock levels to ensure timely delivery of required resources.
- Collaborate with team members to set and achieve company goals.
Requirements:
- Has at least 1 year of project management related working experience
- Strong task and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- PR / Australian Citizen
- Chinese speaking skill is required
Salary: $60k-$80k plus super
