We have a rare and exciting opportunity to join a new and exciting elite team with our client in Vic. They are servicing the hotel’s accommodation guests, and also the general public. The venue has been installing state-of-the-art equipment and fittings – destined to impress even the most travelled patrons.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise housekeeping team to ensure adherence to TRM Occupational Health and Safety policies and procedures, Employee Code of Conduct and TRM policies and procedures contained in the Housekeeping Manual.
- Conduct inspections of all guest rooms prior to return to reception for sale and guest occupancy.
- In conjunction with the Property Manager, conduct between 5 and 10 physical inspections of guest rooms per week.
- Managing Housekeeping stock
- Deliver outstanding Housekeeping services to guests
- Keep up the standard of room preparation & presentation follow the housekeeping manual
- In charge of the common area maintenance & presentation
- On behalf of the hotel, deliver excellent customer services to all the guests
- Great skill of Housekeeping expenditure and Time Management
- Rich knowledge of Occupational health & safety and security procedures
- Provide suggestions to continuous improvement of housekeeping function
- Ad-hoc admin duties
