Our client is a well-known Real Estate agency in Sydney who specialised in Residential and Commercial property transactions and management. They are looking for an Administration & Marketing Coordinator to join their young and dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Data entry and management
- Coordinating with daily work tasks for the internal team
- Assisting with marketing event projects
- Assisting with graphic designs
- Daily management of social media platforms
- Assisting with marketing data analysis (training provided)
- Assisting with ad hoc admin tasks may require
Requirements:
- Has at least 6-12 months of Real Estate industry Admin & Marketing related working experience is preferred
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
- Great multi-tasking skills
- Strong communication skills
- Basic Photoshop skill is required
- Skilled in Microsoft Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Publisher)
- Previous events planning work experience is preferred
- Previous graphic design work experience is preferred
- Australia PR or Citizen
Salary: $50k-$70k plus super plus bonus
