Sales Coordinator

Our client is a Melbourne-based retail trading group that provides national-wised services, they are now looking for a Sales Coordinator to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Prospecting for potential clients 
• Engaging potential clients and having a good understanding of their needs before recommending suitable machine models
• Arranging machine deliveries and installations
• Closing sales and delivering excellent after sales services 
• Maintain good relationships with existing clients and build up potential clients.
• Meet the monthly sales KPIs

Requirements:

• Have a great understanding of the company’s products and be able to recommend products to customers according to different needs (training will be provided)
• Great after-sales troubleshooting skills (training provided)
• Excellent English speaking and writing skills 
• Excellent customer service skills
• Previous cold-calling work experience is preferred
• Have a valid driver’s license and vehicle is required 
• Ability to travel interstates occasionally
