Responsibilities:
- Sending out marketing emails
- Uploading sales contracts
- Auction date management
- Ordering stationary & groceries Answering phone calls & forwarding onto agents
- First to greet clients that walk into the office
- Manage keys / forms in & out
- Banking & post
- Keeping records and administration support
- Open & close clean up
Requirements:
- Has experience working in a similar role in the Real Estate industry
- Outstanding customer service and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work effectively and harmoniously within a highly successful sales team
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong task and time management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Excellent English speaking and writing skill
Salary: $55k -$75k plus super
