Responsibilities:

  • Sending out marketing emails
  • Uploading sales contracts
  • Auction date management 
  • Ordering stationary & groceries Answering phone calls & forwarding onto agents 
  • First to greet clients that walk into the office 
  • Manage keys / forms in & out 
  • Banking & post 
  • Keeping records and administration support 
  • Open & close clean up

Requirements:

  • Has experience working in a similar role in the Real Estate industry
  • Outstanding customer service and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively and harmoniously within a highly successful sales team
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong task and time management skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Excellent English speaking and writing skill
Salary: $55k -$75k plus super
