Responsibilities:
- Sourcing new business opportunities through networking
- Convert leads from both the sales and property management teams
- Offer professional advices to clients to ensure maximum rental returns
- Organise and conduct rental appraisals
- Attend sales open home inspections
- Attend sales meetings and inspect properties for sale
- Prepare estimated rental returns for investors
- Manage process of approving new tenants with the Landlords
- Manage and nurture new business pipelines
- Prepare investor packs for open homes
Requirements:
- A Certificate of Registration
- Has at least 6-12 months of work experience as a BDM or Property Manager
- Immaculately presented
- Brilliant at networking and building meaningful relationships
- A valid NSW driver’s license and reliable car
- Eager to earn a six-figure income and grow your career
Salary: $80k-$110k package including super plus commission
