Our client is an emerging brand of delicately crafted jewellery and handbags. They are now looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join the team and support the Store Manager in leading a fun dynamic team.

Qualification:

  • Demonstrable sales experience with a passion for excellent customer service
  • Ability to build meaningful customer relationships
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Leadership Skills- the ability to delegate work, follow up results and provide constructive feedback
  • Being organised and able to prioritise multiple tasks
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and improve
  • Minimum 2 years senior leadership experience in a retail environment

As an Assistant Manager you will be responsible for the following:

  • Lead your store team to improve overall selling skills and close sales to achieve sales goals and KPIs
  • Working together with the Store Manager to ensure that our products are displayed according to company guidelines, promotional activity, and seasonal trends.
  • Resolve difficult customers issues
  • Create and maintain an open, positive, and harmonious work environment
  • Ensuring that your store team are providing excellent customer service and maximising sales opportunities in all areas of the store through effective coaching
  • Setting an example for your store team by live our values and acting as a role model
  • Ensuring store routines, policies and guidelines are met to assist in loss prevention
