Our client is a Real Estate agency that specialises in commercial and residential property sales, management and marketing across the Southeastern suburbs. They are now looking for a Receptionist to join their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide a sales and rental support to the team
  • On-going operational and compliance support
  • System support and training arrangement
  • Office Management support
  • Administration support
  • Assist with online campaigns
  • Manage & arrange team meetings on a regular basis
  • Provide all aspects of support to our lead agent including diary management and correspondence preparation
  • Provide assistance and administration services for the sales team as required
  • Provide exceptional customer support to vendors, buyers, creative suppliers & solicitors

Requirements:

  • Has experience working in a similar role in the Real Estate industry
  • Agent’s Representative Certificate required
  • Outstanding customer service and excellent communication skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Applications
  • Ability to work effectively and harmoniously within a highly successful sales team
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong task and time management skills
  • Can-do attitude and a calming presence
  • Ability to handle confidential information
Salary: $60k-$70k plus super
