Our client is a Real Estate agency that specialises in commercial and residential property sales, management and marketing across the Southeastern suburbs. They are now looking for a Receptionist to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a sales and rental support to the team
- On-going operational and compliance support
- System support and training arrangement
- Office Management support
- Administration support
- Assist with online campaigns
- Manage & arrange team meetings on a regular basis
- Provide all aspects of support to our lead agent including diary management and correspondence preparation
- Provide assistance and administration services for the sales team as required
- Provide exceptional customer support to vendors, buyers, creative suppliers & solicitors
Requirements:
- Has experience working in a similar role in the Real Estate industry
- Agent’s Representative Certificate required
- Outstanding customer service and excellent communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Applications
- Ability to work effectively and harmoniously within a highly successful sales team
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong task and time management skills
- Can-do attitude and a calming presence
- Ability to handle confidential information
Salary: $60k-$70k plus super
