Our Client is a well-known Real Estate Agency, that now has an amazing opportunity for motivated individuals to join the experienced property management team, on a full-time basis as a Director Assistant. The job provides an opportunity for a career-minded individual who can build rapport with clients easily.

Responsibilities:

  • Getting New Leads from clients who want to sell the properties
  • Arrange Open For Inspection
  • Auction preparation (copy of contract, general rules for public auctions)
  • In charge of doing cold calling, responding to all online enquires, letter drops, follow-up calls and vendor reports
  • Assist the Sales Director with daily tasks

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of Real Estate working experience
  • Australia Citizen / PR is preferred
  • Excellent communication skill
  • Strong time management and task management
  • Has the Agent Representative Certificate
Salary: $50k - $60k Plus Super Plus Commission
