Our client is one of the top agencies in Melbourne. They offer a wide range of property services from investment sales and leasing strategy to valuation, occupier services and asset management across Australia. They are now looking for a Team Admin to join their team.

Responsibilities:

  • General administrative support to the Sales team
  • Manage Sale Fee, Marketing, Client and Supplier invoices
  • Database management and reporting
  • Creating and updating online listings on both the company website and external websites
  • Coordination of meetings and access passes, client entertainment and functions as required
  • Preparation, formatting, and compilation of marketing collateral
  • Gather and collate information to assist with the preparation of reports and submissions
  • Manage Job Costs within division
  • Maintain attendance registers
  • Provide timely, quality administrative services, including:
    • Filing, typing of general correspondence binding
    • Copying, archiving, emailing
    • Maintenance of registers and databases

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
  • Strong administrative experience
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail, vibrant and capable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to work well within a team, able to handle pressure and importantly have the initiative to take on any necessary tasks to improve the effectiveness of the team
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Chinese speaking skill is preferred

Salary: $70k-$80k includes super
