Our client is one of the top agencies in Melbourne. They offer a wide range of property services from investment sales and leasing strategy to valuation, occupier services and asset management across Australia. They are now looking for a Team Admin to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- General administrative support to the Sales team
- Manage Sale Fee, Marketing, Client and Supplier invoices
- Database management and reporting
- Creating and updating online listings on both the company website and external websites
- Coordination of meetings and access passes, client entertainment and functions as required
- Preparation, formatting, and compilation of marketing collateral
- Gather and collate information to assist with the preparation of reports and submissions
- Manage Job Costs within division
- Maintain attendance registers
- Provide timely, quality administrative services, including:
- Filing, typing of general correspondence binding
- Copying, archiving, emailing
- Maintenance of registers and databases
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
- Strong administrative experience
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Exceptional attention to detail, vibrant and capable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work well within a team, able to handle pressure and importantly have the initiative to take on any necessary tasks to improve the effectiveness of the team
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Chinese speaking skill is preferred
Salary: $70k-$80k includes super
