Accountant

Our client is an emerging brand of delicately crafted jewellery and handbags. They are now looking for an Accountant to join their corporate team.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly sales reports
• Prepare month-end and year-end related full-scale reporting
• Prepare AP, AR, Payroll (solid modern awards knowledge), GL, Fixed Assets, FBT, general bookkeeping and reconciliations
• Prepare sales, costs and inventory related analysis
• Responsible for POS and inventory system maintenance.
• Work together with e-Commerce department for new online channels integration/configuration 
• Promotion and marketing campaign set up in the system
• Staff training, documenting procedures and processes
• Other ad-hoc tasks may required

Requirements:

• CPA or CA qualification is preferred
• Attention to details
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Bookkeeper, Assistant Accountant and Accountant
• A great team player
• Mandarin speaking skill is preferred
• PR / Australia Citizen
