Our client is an established Real Estate market leader, continuing to experience growth and success. With one of the largest property portfolios in the Southeastern area.
Responsibilities:
- Provide 5 Star customer service
- Prospect new clients to establish, develop and maintain positive customer relationships
- Create and manage your own database of prospects
- Attend rental appraisals
- Achieve realistic monthly KPI targets
- Provide rental advice and support to our Sales Agents
- Ensure the swift resolution of customer problems and complaints
- Attend training session as required to to stay up to date with Property Management practices
- Working closely with the Department Manager regarding planning
Requirements:
- Have 2 years Real Estate experience in either Business Development or Property Management role
- Have a valid Agents Representative Certificate
- Passionate, real go-getter who enjoys prospecting and chasing leads
- Confident in building positive professional relationships with clients
- Accountability and drive to meet KPIs
- Great communication and negotiation skills
- Leadership qualities as longer term this role could develop into a Team Leader
Salary: $60k - $70k includes super plus commission
