Our client is a premium projects developer located in the inner city area, they are looking for an Office Administration Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Organise the meeting schedules
  • In charge of the meeting minutes taking
  • In charge of the office maintenance
  • Organise the general office documentation
  • Collaborating with external and internal authorities, such as selling agents and marketing agents, etc 
  • Manage company’s social media accounts
  • Ad-hoc finance duties may required

Requirements:

  • Have at least 6 months of Administrative-related work experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin
  • Have advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite and computer planning skills to manage multiple priorities
  • ​​​​​​​Have valid working rights in Australia
Salary: $45k-$60k Plus Super
