Property Manager

Our client is a leading Real Estate agency in Southeastern Suburbs. They offer sellers and investors a boutique property marketing service. They are looking for a Property Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Managing approx.130-150 portfolios
• Company provides of leasing and trust account support
• Face to face customer service with tenants and landlords Conduct inspections (including Ingoing/Routine and Final inspections)
• Arrange and coordinate maintenance and repairs with tenants and tradespeople and update the landlords
• Assist and follow up with tenants on re-leasing agreements and rent arrears 
• Dealing with VCAT matter, insurance if required
• Database management and keeping our property management program updated and current
• Conduct mid week inspections if necessary
• No Saturday works

Requirements:

• Agent’s Representative Certificate required
• Strong customer service ability
• A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• Have a minimum 2 years of experience as a Property Manager
• Great skill in using Property Tree and Inspection Express system
